Path to Promotion

The only thing separating you from the colleagues getting promoted ahead of you is the fact that they know how to play the game and you do not.

Are you ready to get the pay
that you deserve?

Path to Promotion teaches you how to play the game.

Despite what your boss has been telling you, you don’t need more experience.

You don’t need another degree or additional certifications. You’re ready for more.

Learning how to play the game and navigate corporate politics will allow you to leverage your talent and take your career to the next level.

The fact that you’re not in your dream job and earning your dream paycheck has nothing to do with your talent.

I had recently started a new job when I began Lee's Path to Promotion course. Before this course I'll admit I didn't have the best confidence in my skill set despite having great experience and high credentials. I felt stuck at my company because I did not know how to proceed and improve my career. I felt lost and frustrated because I wished I had guidance for how to promote myself and my new company. Fortunately for me, I discovered Lee's course. I had no idea such things existed! I felt like I had hit the jackpot!

Lee's Path to Promotion far exceeded my expectations. As a data scientist, I appreciate structure and this course was well designed. It also provided flexibility to work with my every day schedule. I loved working in a (virtual) small group setting where we all shared our experiences and triumphs. Additionally, I felt prioritized with Lee's one on one sessions.

I participated in Lee’s Spring Cohort for the Path to Promotion program with the hopes of learning how to get a promotion. I’m leaving the program having learned so much more than what it takes to get promoted. Each week the group sessions helped me shift my mindset and having 1:1 sessions with Lee reinforced what we discussed during the group sessions. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to get promoted or set themselves up for a new external role.

Each group session is 1 hour. Each one-on-one is 45 minutes.

I usually have no more than six people per group.

Yes! All of my programs are taught live.

We conclude each group session with an activity that will help you implement that week’s curriculum at work. We begin the activity together and it is finished on your own time.

The homework is impactful and builds on itself, but I am here with you every step of the way to answer questions and assist whenever necessary.

We work on some of the homework in group sessions and in one-on-ones, but I would reserve 30-45 minutes each week to complete it.

The weekly time commitment is 1 hour for group sessions, 45 minutes for one-on-ones and 30-45 minutes for your activity.
